Shinor/Sinor

Tehsil Shinor, District Vadodara, Gujarat.

This is very old city of New born india.It is very cultural city.There are so many historical story's attached with the city.Fist of all it called as Shainyapur then it called as Shivpur and after bigining of Kaliyug it called as Shinor/Sinor.In Shainyapur god army stay hear,Rushimuni(Saint)and God lovers prey hear and stay hear so Army save them from Ghost and Rakshas.Lend of this area called as Tapovan, Naimisharanya,Devbhumi.There were very old sentence that is "Nadima kankar etala Shankar(God Shiv)" and in this area there are so many Shiva temple and that's why it called as Shivpur. but the fulish people make it as Shinor.(Cut "Shi" from Shiv and The river gos fron south to north so "Nor" of north and called "Shinor".Avadhesh Dilipkumar Shah.
